About the project

The project will consist of 10 towers of 59 units each, with two new towers built every year over five years. Construction of the first two towers will begin in August 2022, and they should be move-in ready by spring 2023.

To make your home a real place of indulgence, there are many little details that we have taken the time to think about. Because everything is easier when it’s simple.

All-inclusive

No need to worry about Internet, hydro, appliances or parking: they’re all included when you live at Zen. There are also elevators, to make getting around easier (especially on moving day).

Leave the car behind

At Zen, you’re less likely to need your car. With a range of shops and services accessible by bike or on foot, you can stretch your legs and save a few litres of gas. Think of the bike paths as your new neighbours!

Leave room for nature

Don’t let the urban architecture of the project fool you: Zen will be full of green spaces. You’ll find them on the building cornices as well as in the public spaces and on the terraces. Large trees will also be planted all around the property, and will grow with you.

Yes, it’s possible to live in a high-rise and have a garden! We’ve included a space on each balcony where you can grow herbs and vegetables.
